1. Create a reservation

   Use New reservation, select a free room and save. Open the stay to record a deposit.

2. Welcome and settle

   Check the guest in. Record the remaining payment, then check out. The room now needs cleaning.

3. Prepare the next stay

   In Team workspace, Maya starts and finishes cleaning. Reception inspects the room in Housekeeping.

4. Try guest service

   Open Guest portal and select David. Submit a towel request, complete it in Team workspace, or hand the conversation to reception.

All data is fictional. The assistant is scripted. External channels and real payment processing are not connected.
